| Jessica Banta |
She replaces former well-liked staffer Anessa Arehart who has moved on to pursue other endeavors.
This morning, Jessica organized our very first "social media think tank". Participants included staff who are officials, Paul (product manager), Ebony (customer service), Jim (president/ceo) and Jessica. In the meeting, we discussed news of the day in the umpire and referee profession, contest and giveaway ideas, potential Facebook and blog posts, product plans and more.
The think tank will likely turn into an oft-weekly meeting as we attempt to keep posts relevant and of value to our followers.
