We hired Anessa Arehart a little over 3 months, and we have already promoted her to customer service manager if that tells you anything about the caliber of person that she is and the kind of job that she's done.She has truly and quickly become an integral part of our world-class customer service team.
If you send us an e-mail or leave us a message, she, as Customer Service Manager, will most likely see or hear it first. If you call, there's a good chance you'll be greeted with her friendly and charming personality.
In addition to her exceptional soft skills, Anessa brings over 20 years in retail management with companies such as Lord and Taylor and Mercantile Inc., and has served as gallery director for arts organizations such as The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft and Flame Run Hot Glass Studio and Gallery.
Anessa was born and raised in the heart of the Bluegrass near Lexington, Kentucky where she graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Art Studio.
In her spare time, she is an avid painter. If in Louisville, you'll likely find her work exhibited several times a year at local and regional galleries.
